About the City
San Diego stretches across 70 miles of Pacific coastline, from the wild bluffs of Torrey Pines in the north to the estuaries of Imperial Beach at the Mexican border. Each stretch of coast has its own character, its own light, and its own moments when the sky does something that stops you cold.
Arnel Garcia has spent years studying that light.
